Micro feeders MCPI Fine dosing® SPA are probably the first in the market to reach such level of excellence in term of accuracy, short dosing time and flexibility. Reliable, and almost maintenance free, these micro feeders can be used on fast automation lines (ie: feeding of material in air bag production), or in lab environments.
The ingredient is dosed in a small swiveling bowl fitted on an accurate load cell. Sensitive parts as motor reducer and scale are installed in a protective casing. The integrated batch controller optimizes coarse and fine feedings with automatic tolerance control.
MCPI Fine dosing® concept allow a ratio between coarse and fine feeding over 100. This is a key point to reach fast dosing process and high accuracy.
The design of these feeders is made in agreement with drug and food industries requests for cleaning.
4 levels of balance quality : MCPI Fine dosing micro feeders are available with 4 levels of balance resolution: from 0.1 gram to 0.1 mg. It is possible to achieve doses from 20 mg.
