Automatic filling machine of medical barrels. The constraints of this application are primarily related to transfer of powder into the small diameter of the barrel cavities . This table top machine is equipped with an automatic device to eliminate the non-conforming doses (the powder is recoved in a container ). Associated with the measurements traceability it provides a complete security of production.

Barrel filling system, designed according to hygienic standards. Automatic positioning  of the barrel cells under the filling device. The parts in contact with the ingredient can be dismantled in few seconds without tools and can be sterilized in an oven. The mechanical elements of the dispenser are protected by a dustproof housing.

Results : Set point : 0.09 gram, standard deviation 1 mg
