Syringes filling system with high precision

Hygienic design

 Machine designed to fill with fine powders, syringes for medical use: The syringe is suspended on a hand tool attached to the precision balance (0.01g). This scale is built into the casing of the machine in order to protect and facilitate cleaning. Different types of syringes are used with many powders.

Résults : Filling 20µm fine powder with a 2A class feeder. Standard deviation: 0.01 gram for a set point of 6 grams.
